Jamon, my favorite ham in the world.

Jamon, my favorite ham in the world.

Jamon is my favorite traditional food in Spain when I visited there at March, 2013.

I ate it in really fresh status with red wine and sangria. Jamon is very similar to the Italian prosciutto, which is easily get in United Stated. However, Jamon is cured longer than prosciutto. It cured the period of 12 to 18 months. I like Jamon’s taste better than Prosciutto because it has deep sense of taste and good quality of uncooked ham.
